„We stayed for a week due to a family member receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic which is in close proximity. The house was very cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. We found all of the amenities we needed and enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the attached garage especially during this cold winter. Adam was extremely pleasant to work with and responded to any question we had within 30 minutes. Would highly recommended this property. “

„Everything was fine in terms of the rental but I received constant messages about staying extra nights, early check in, late check out, etc all for extra money and it just felt like a cash grab. I never inquired about any of that so to have multiple messages come from the host about it prior to the stay was a bit off putting. We were offered a one hour early check in for 35 or a 10am check in for like 145 and the same with check out. It just seemed like too much. “
