Dorot 13 - Studio Wohnung, Schläft 2

  • Jerusalem’s central area is known as the downtown triangle. The area glows golden by virtue of its many buildings in gold-hued Jerusalem Stone. This luxury unit is at the heart of this golden triangle. Make this your home in the historic and spiritual world city, with all its wonders just a walk away.
Wander where you will, the tastes and scents of the outdoor markets and the bustle of Jerusalem’s café lifestyle will be all around you. But you’ll never wander far from Dorot Rishonim #2, just steps from the famous Ben Yehuda promenade with its shops, cafes and restaurants of every description, street musicians and colorful characters who inhabit the City of Gold.
Just a 15-minute walk away or a few stops on the nearby light rail, experience the spiritual and historic intensity of the walled Old City. Lose yourself in the multi-ethnic alleys for hours, treading on paving stones that felt the sandals of prophets and priests, the wheels of chariots and tanks.
Your lively street in the heart of the action is named to honor the first generations of Jews who returned to rebuild Jerusalem after centuries of neglect. Your luxury unit reflects an understated homage to the restoration of beauty and elegance, an example of harmonious form and function. When you walk into the street, you’ll feel the energy of the active street life. It’s youthful and vibrant.
Zip up the elevator to the 5th floor, step inside unit #13, pause, and take it all in. Travelers treasure moments like this, knowing that the next days in a new place will be magical and meaningful.
The interior design is warm and casual, in blue, beige with a warm burgundy sofa. There is natural wood and golden stone tiles, topped by an oriental carpet. The salon is spacious and bright, illuminated at one end by an extended outdoor balcony adorned by an outdoor table and chairs, complementing an indoor dining set.
The unit has air-conditioning and soft, subtle lighting from elegant brass fixtures. Candles and candlesticks are available to make every night romantic if you so desire. There’s even a fun and romantic swinging chair hanging from the ceiling. Give it a whirl!
The typical view of central Jerusalem is fascinating. Green plants abound, inside and out.
For your convenience, a modern kitchenette -- including a full-size oven, refrigerator and micro, a long butcher-block counter – makes it easy to whip up a quick breakfast or dinner, to enjoy at the indoor dining table or al fresco on the patio.
Your inner sanctum is a cozy bedroom, with a soft duvet, quality linens and a comfy queen-sized mattress to give you a perfect night’s sleep after your city wanderings. The bedroom walls are a pleasing and distinctive teal color, adorned by tasteful drawings and hanging plants. There are convenient lamps on end-tables at each bedside. There’s a washing machine and drying rack.
A private bathroom, modern and well-equipped, shiny new and sparkling clean, is at your service. Pamper yourself there with complimentary spa-quality toiletries.
In the bedroom, there’s a wall-mounted smart TV flat screen with plenty of channels and streaming services to entertain you. But chances are you’ll find other entertainment luxuriating in this gorgeous apartment and wandering around the nearby streets and attractions, cafes and shops.
The apartment accommodates one or two guests in luxurious comfort. The long living room can also serve as a bed for a third person. This unit is designed for adults. No children under 12, please.
