I stayed i 6 different hotels for my vacation this time and the Hotel Leo had the nicest People at the reception and the best service. My luggage was allready at my room when i came back. the room had nice gimmicks all around. i would definitely come back.

Erster Stop auf kurzer Koreareise
Das Hotel Leo war für uns eine positive Überraschung. Personal war freundliche, hilfsbereit und sprach gut englisch. Auch mit dem Zimmer waren wir rundum zufrieden: gute grüsse, neuwertig, modern und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Die Lage im Zentrum von Jeju und die Nähe zum Flughafen waren perfekt für die zwei Nächte, die wir hier verbrachten.

We stayed here on the last night of our stay in Jeju, as we needed to be near the airport after returning of rental car. They have valet service for cars; the hotel room is spacious and clean plenty of dining options nearby (hotel staff recommended us but we decided to take the car for a drive to black pork street before returning). There is a weighing scale at lobby - great for us trying to figure if we are overweight. When the central AC was a bit warm - we just called frontdesk and they turned on the AC blower unit so that was perfect. Just to say - this hotel is a 20 mins bus ride from Jeju Airport (the taxi queue was CRAZY) and so we just hopped onto bus for 1150 won /pax - bus stops right across from Hotel Leo. Next morning, hotel booked me a taxi and it was 5500 won / 10 mins ride to airport. Please do consider staying here if you need a convenient spot in Jeju City! I can't wait to be back - Thank you Hotel Leo!

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful 👍 Hotel location convenient, with a laundry self service shop nearby(note not on site). Our triple bed room was comfortable and clean.

便利で快適!フロントの方もとても親切です
空港から迎えに来てもらい、とても助かりました。部屋も快適で、過ごしやすかったです。洗面所に若干古さを感じましたが、あまり気にはならないと思います。 サムギョプサルのお店に行くのにタクシーを頼んだのですが、ピークタイムで予約が出来ないということで、フロントの方が道に出て拾ってくれてとても親切でした。

The hotel location is great but the condition of the hotel is below average for us as a couple. The room we were given was dusty, the LG styler smells moldy so we couldn't use it. The room temperature was warm but we were able to open the window.

Lovely hotel in Jeju
Lovely stay in Jeju. The hotel is close to shopping street and it’s in a very convenient location to explore the ‘new’ Jeju. The staffs are friendly, helpful and polite. Easy access to public transport. Highly Recommended!

All the front desk ladies speak excellent English. A special shout out to Helen who assisted with communicating to our car rental company and translated to English in a clear and concise manner. She provided very precise directions to a BBQ restaurant she recommended and it was indeed a very good one. Before the trip I was also writing in to inquire about check in and airport transfer and Hyo Jin from reservations was also very prompt with the responses. Hotel location is less than 10 mins drive to the airport and it is surrounded by a lot of eateries. On the whole I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Jeju City.
