Conviently located- close to all famous beaches but yet nestled in a quite neighborhood. 10 mins drive to Hyupjae, Guemneung and Aewol. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, convenient store and the port to Biyang Island you can see from the condo! Beach access/free parking within condo. My condo is registered as a rental unit so lease contract will be excuted with reservation

It is close to all tourist area but you can truely enjoy your well deserved peaceful rest in a quite neighborhood.
Beach access is available in condo, however it has not been well maintained so please be cautious. I recommend walking 3 mins down the road to get to the beach instead.
When tide is low, you will see local people catching clams, crabs, octopuses right outside of the window.

Enjoy walking along with oceanside road and find more restaurants in the book.
