„House was beautiful! We were in town for the Kentucky Derby, so everything was higher than normal, but this house was still reasonable compared to others. Location was great! Nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the river. Very peaceful and not at all concerned with safety. The upstairs suite was huge! Tons of room and everything we needed.“

The host went above and beyond with fresh flowers, homemade cinnamon rolls and cookies, milk and fresh eggs, and they even had extra toiletries available in case you forgot something. The lake was amazing to take a dip into on the hot day. The bed was comfortable and it was just the most relaxing and peaceful place to stay. „The overall stay was not bad. The neighborhood is terrible, the house it self was not terrible either but when I brought us some sanitary issues with the property management he acted like he did not know. I asked for my cleaning fee back that was included in the price with no response back. The communication stopped after the stay was over and nothing being done afterward! Beware of the property is all I have to say.“
