The three bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. The fifth bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a queen-size bed. The approximately 1,500 m² plot surrounds the house, featuring an inner courtyard, terraces and a garden. The 8 × 4-metre heated pool's surrounded by a magnificent 130 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun throughout the day. Jaujac, a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away, hosts a market on Tuesdays and Fridays. Hiking trails start right from the house. Nearby, you’ll discover the basalt columns, swimming spots in the Lignon and Ardèche rivers, as well as Vals-les-Bains, Aubenas, and Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc.
