Some maintenance issues - back garden needed tidying, no working lights at front entrance (making it very dangerous for elderly and frail family member) and a front door that needs shaving on the bottom to stop it jamming on tiles (and allowing walker to be used).“

„Check in was easy, but once there, there was mice dropping on the bed, ants coming in and out of the bathroom door, the ensuite shower had water pooling outside of the shower so you’d be stepping into water and inch high, creating water damage at the base of the door frame, where the ants came in and out of. The mould in the ensuite was all over the ceiling. When I went to talk to the staff he was sarcastic and rude, it says the place is pet friendly but my partner and I found a dead rat outside ...

„Plenty of kitchen items to cater for the size of the home. Clean and open space, not too many things around to worry about children or pets knocking over. Beach very close to property with many different access points. “
