This Self-Sustainable Ecofriendly Beautiful villa is located on top of a hill (500 meters above sea level) with stunning countryside and lake views. AC is not needed here, as the nice fresh breeze is blowing over the lake, keeping the temperature cool, throughout the year. The house is completely self-sustainable generating its own electricity through solar panels and water through a professional water filter system.

The 3 Bedrooms + 1 Mezzanine all come with King Size Beds and Private ensuite Bathrooms. Free WIFI is available throughout the villa.
