Inside the villa, the ground floor accommodates three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two bedrooms have direct access to the pool. When guests walk up the stairs to the first floor, they are welcomed with a spacious living area seamlessly integrated with an open kitchen and large dining table with view over the pool. The master suite, located on the first floor, is featuring a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped for every comfort and convenience.

The pool deck is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. It features a BBQ for your convenience, a spacious dining table for outdoor meals, and a cozy lounge area with comfortable seating, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors. From both the pool area and the first-floor balcony, you can access the rooftop terrace, which offers breathtaking panoramic views. Practical Information:
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
