„Very nice spacious house, it was perfect for us for a weekend family stay. Everything was very clean and in good working order. However would recommend a new microwave, it took a very long time to heat food, also need shower curtain liner. Good communication with owner and answered all questions. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! “

„Great communication and quick to respond. Even made a special trip to help reset the Keurig! The description is accurate on the site. Technically it’s on Lake Erie. However, you have to walk about 300 yards from the house to see the lake. (Would have been nice to be able to drive on the path). It’s mostly shielded by trees so not much of a view. There’s no place to sit in the huge beautiful backyard. Would be nice to have a patio with a shaded seating area. They do have outdoor travel chairs ...

„This property was perfect in every way for our trip. Beautiful house, very clean, everything you could need was available. Roomy and private spaces, abundant deck with views, modern kitchen with new appliances. Three showers, plenty of hot water and towels. We cooked every meal and not once couldn’t find something: blender for smoothies, colander for pasta, ice cubes, even some cumin for taco night. Our group ranged in ages 74 to 6 year olds. Everyone had a great time walking to Sandy beach ...

„Fabulous cottage for both adults and children. It is clean and stocked well with everything you need. Plenty of fans for the hotter days and lots of space to play outside in the yard or in the water. There is a little roadside fruit stand/market near to restock on local produce, eggs, and more. Anything you could want to do is either a short drive or boat ride. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.“

„We were looking for a nice place on a lake not far from all of us without a lot of congestion. And we found it! Having a 4 month old along with a couple of 3 year olds make it tough to travel distances, so this lovely location on Lake Chautaqua worked great. Oven issue was addressed promptly. Everything about and in the house was described accurately. Plenty of stuff to do within walking distance also. Lots of room, nice beds, well equiped kitchen and easy access to the lake.“
