„We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.“

„The property is well located, only a short walk to the beach and parklands. It is a great size for a family to spread out and has all the expected amenities. It was clean and well presented.We had an issue at check-in but it was quickly resolved by the property manager.Would definitely stay again!“

„Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make.“

„The home is clean, however, it wasn't as modern, fresh or thoroughly presented as it appears in the listing, and isn't what we were expecting based on the photos. The home is quite old, and the front stairs aren't particularly safe. Some of the windows are cracked, and there is mesh across the top of some windows, which made the house very cold and drafty when the heating wasn't on.Overall, we enjoyed our weekend and appreciated that the house is conveniently located close to a number of tourist ...
