We only stayed one night here. Everyone was very friendly. Reception area beautifl, also the Bar was super nice, team was very accommodating. I am really in between giving 4 or 5 stars, but it would be a 4.5, here the reasons why: - big stain on the carpet next to the table, my partner and I saw this as the first thing entering the room, so should have seen the person that’s cleaning as well - bedsheets felt very humid, not so nice - food was not bad, but I expected even a little more - it could be a personal taste but the Indian tonic water from Ireland used in the bar for GIn&Tonic was terrible, we were 4 people and all of us disliked it a lot, as the bar was already closing and it was our last order, we could not really be vocal about it, staff as very busy, we accepted our faith, however I would not serve that tonic water for most of the gins, it’s just ruining the taste. Especially because of the price of the drinks - my spa massage was very good, the massage of my partner was not so satisfying Overall I enjoyed the stay but the things mentioned should be looked into

Best hotel to stay in Jakarta
Cannot compare this hotel to any other hotels in Jakarta. Not because it is most recently opened but the artistic and comfortability is exceptional! Food is amazing and the staff is so kind. Definitely going to be my first pick in Jakarta.
