Gut: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
We only stayed one night here. Everyone was very friendly. Reception area beautifl, also the Bar was super nice, team was very accommodating.
I am really in between giving 4 or 5 stars, but it would be a 4.5, here the reasons why:
- big stain on the carpet next to the table, my partner and I saw this as the first thing entering the room, so should have seen the person that’s cleaning as well
- bedsheets felt very humid, not so nice
- food was not bad, but I expected even a little more
- it could be a personal taste but the Indian tonic water from Ireland used in the bar for GIn&Tonic was terrible, we were 4 people and all of us disliked it a lot, as the bar was already closing and it was our last order, we could not really be vocal about it, staff as very busy, we accepted our faith, however I would not serve that tonic water for most of the gins, it’s just ruining the taste. Especially because of the price of the drinks
- my spa massage was very good, the massage of my partner was not so satisfying
Overall I enjoyed the stay but the things mentioned should be looked into
