Nice hotel but a bit away from city center. Especially considering Jakarta's crazy traffic jams it may take up to 1,5 hours to get there from the old city in rush hour.

The the air condition was working properly. I complained and I was told it’s regulates it self and there was nothing they could do about it. I was hot most of the nights. Great location, beautiful staff and amazing massage staff. Aside from the air conditioning 10/10.

Close to the wedding venue I attended. Shopping mall and other areas. The parking is limited and the pool is small. But overall we enjoyed our stay. We have 5 rooms and one of the room is the suite. I recommend the suite for not much differ. They have microwave, medium fridge and the spacious living with a couch and tv room along with two chairs of dining section.

Service was excellent as I was booking the room for my mom who was staying for a few days in Jakarta while I was there too. She mentioned the breakfast was plentiful and the location was superb, close to everything she wants.

Swiss Belinn TB Simatupang was close to malls like Poins Square and Pondok Indah mall while at the same time being close to my friends house making it ideal for my stay. The price was very reasonable and the room I got was beyond my expectations. The staff were nice and provided all the extra things I needed for my stay without being overly invasive. Overall, it was a great two night stay at Swiss Belinn

ホテルは新しく綺麗で部屋も快適でした。スタッフの方も皆様、優しく良い感じでした。朝食が込みの値段でとても安かったので期待してなかったのですが種類も豊富でとても美味しくて良かったです。ですが、エキストラベッドをお願いしていたのに用意されてなかったりタオルを置き忘れたり荷物を梱包したくテープを借りたいと言うとないと言われたり色々と少しずつ足りない部分があり少し残念でした。とても良いまであと一歩だと思います。

It is within walking distance to Point square (mall) and Carefour (hence access to supermarket/fast food resto) and ca 30 minutes taxi drive away from Pondok Indah (high-end mall), property is clean, breakfast spread is decent, check in and check out process is fast. Hotel can be more generous with shampoo and shower gel though (which are enough for 1 day use only, should replenish on day 2 without being asked). You might want to consider installing reading light by the beds.

Not Coming Back
Took too long for hot water to come out. I had 30 mins shower in cold water instead. Really bad. Room is so small it’s not worth the price. Staff service is just okay not special at all. I’d definitely not coming back.

Cozy and pleasant
I arrived late night but the staff were present to welcome me. The check in was very quick and I got settled in very easily. The hotel was very close to a mall which was convenient as I could access most things relatively easily. The hotel was close to there city and Grab drivers were always present around the hotel. Bathroom was great, didn't try the breakfast or the pool but everything else were to my satisfaction

The hotel was fine, but breakfast was awful no where to sit as tables filled with dirty dishes. Lots of unhappy guests, no cups plates etc I hope this improves.
