This is my 2nd stay in a month - 6 nights. As before, the staff are incredible - every single person is smiling, helpful and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome - its the small details that matter because in reality most big chains have nice hotels so it comes down to the people and how they make you feel - the housemaids could see I was using all my water so left extra with lovely handwritten notes - when I asked for extended check out (an extra hour) it was given without any fuss - I asked for items at breakfast and the chefs went out of their way to bring them even though I wasnt demanding them, just enquiring if possible. I also visited the spa twice and had 2 amazing massages from Nita and YuYun - both out of this world, amazing technique and lots of small details that make it memorable - its typical of how the whole hotel operates. As before, I have stayed in 100s of hotels for work and vacation and this hotel stands out. Lots of hotels have 1 or 2 people that make you feel special, here it is every single person. Highly recommended I will be back for sure

I have stayed in 100s of hotels over 30 Years of travel and many feel the same however this Sheraton is remarkable - every single interaction is kind and positive the staff go out of their way to help - from remembering my name as I leave the breakfast room, to cooking special food for my autistic son who has.a restricted diet to leaving personalised notes From room cleaning . Mengecewakan. Hotel sekelas Sheraton,terdapat “semacam bulu kemaluan” diatas kasur. Kamar mandi ada rambut panjang. Kesimpulan, kasur tidak dibersihkan/tidak diganti setelah tamu sebelumnya. Untuk sarapan, tidak recommended. Rasa sangat rata. Beberapa daging tidak lagi fresh. Roti rada apek. Sorry to say, I will not recommend this hotel to visit except no choise

Best bed during my stay in Jakarta!
As expected from sheraton hotels, the beds are great and even the hotel has the best amenities in the room! On top of that, this is grand sheraton. I havent seen many of sheraton grand in the world but it happened to be in Jakarta, so here’s my ticket for luxury weekend! The hotel also has great facilities for family staycation. I wish i can bring my family on my next stay at The Sheraton Grand Gandaria City!

モール直結の便利なホテル で少しコスパ悪い
モール直結で便利なホテル。今回で4回目の宿泊。清潔で良いホテルだが設定価格の割には豪華さがない。今回は日が悪かったせいか2.8juta 朝食無し。この価格のジャカルタの他の5星ホテルだともう少しラグジュアリー感がある。でも便利さは最高なので次回のジャカルタ訪問もこのホテルつかうことになりそうです。

Stay was ok, however was disappointed by how late my room was cleaned up. The houskeeping only came at around 4pm in the afternoon, after I came back to my room from my morning meetings outside of the hotel.

五星飯店逛街吃飯不錯選擇,但房間隔音差,晚上外面車輛和宗教祈禱聲吵了整晚
飯店位於mall裡面,相當方便不錯,逛街吃飯很多選擇,但到了晚上,祈禱的喇叭聲還真是誇張,足足聽了一個多小時,最糟糕的是,摩托車汽車呼嘯的聲音,讓在18樓的我,還能聲立其境,女兒住另一側房間也是,結果問朋友住8樓的他們,更誇張,跟飯店要了耳塞,看來這個問題是老問題了,唉,真是浪費五星飯店的星星了,重點是價格還很貴,下回不會來住了,寧可坐一個小時多的車回家睡,還比較可以安靜睡覺,哈哈哈
