Very good experience. We like Shangri-La. Everything available in one Hotel. No need to go out. Wonderful and friendly service make the stay unique.

Actually the hotel seems to be focused on family offers. Due to this, the feeling of a 5 star Shangri - La Hotel does not come up. The staff try to do the best, but is too busy with handling the guests, so they might not have the time and spirit to live the indonesian politeness and hospitality we are know from other hotels in Jakarta.

Hier gibt es wenig zu bemängeln, im Prinziep Alles sehr gut. Ist das Hotel gut gebucht, ist das Frühstücksrestaurant zu voll, dann ist es nicht mehr angenehm zu frühstücken, dito bei der Außenpoollandschaft, bei zu vielen Gästen reichen Pool und Liegen nicht aus Leider im kleinen Fußwegbereich kein Minimart oder Warung Insgesamt gute 9 von 10 Punkten

Excellenter Service, sehr grosses und vielfältiges Frühstücks- und Abend-Buffet mit Köstlichkeiten verschiedenster Länder, grosszügiger Garten mit Pool, super gelegen zum Schlendern auf Hauptstrasse am "carfree sunday morning". Nahe von MONAS und Istiqlal-Moschee sowie Jakarta Cathedral gelegen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Tipp: Mit TransJakarta Bus oder Töff-Taxi fahren, macht Spass und ist am schnellsten im Verkehrs-Wirrwarr der Millionenstadt. Altstadt-Bummel am Samstagnachmittag mit buntem Treiben und vielen Streetfood-Stände war witzig.

Extreme glamour. Gorgeous lavish rooms, an unthinkable continental breakfast, and impressively large lounge and pool grounds. There are tennis courts, a 24 hour gym, and there was live music in the lounge both nights we were there. The biggest surprise for me was the spa -- there's a full nordic spa circuit that is free to use, complete with hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and steam room. Service was the best I've experienced. Absolutely worth the money.

いつも快適に使える良いホテル。今回asia meetingと重なっていたため、セキュリティーチェックやチェックインにかかる時間など心配していたが全然問題なかった。定期的な掃除時間以外にも部屋迄きて水やタオルの補給をしてくれる気遣いがとてもありがたい。また利用したいと思うが、ホテル内のレストランやバー等の割引が欲しいところ。

드라이기 사용시 정전이 되었고 드라이기 교체 시까지 30분 이상 소요가 되어 약간의 불편함이 있었습니다. 연휴기간이라 조식 식당이 사람이 많았고 많은 인원으로 음식주변이 깔끔하게 정돈 되어있지 않아 아쉬웠습니다

The staff was impeccable, the grounds were impeccable, and the service was impeccable. The Shangri-La lived up to it's reputation. It was a great convention hotel.
