Insgesamt freundliches Personal und ein sehr schönes Zimmer.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht und mussten vor Ort ein Zustellbett für ca. 60 € nachbezahlen.
Das ist nicht in Ordnung.
Wir haben dann ein schöneres Zimmer bekommen als wir gebucht hatten.

Sauberes Hotel und guter Service
Ich habe mich fuer 3 Naechte in dieses Hotel eingebucht ohne vorher die Lage genauer aus zu kundschaften. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer heruntergekommenen Gegend, selbst fuer Jakarta. Ich empfehle eher in Sued Jakarta zu bleiben.
Die Sauberkeit und der Komfort des Hotels sind allerdings einwandfrei. Einzigster Kritikpunkt war mein dreckiges Handtuch. Wer sich sportlich betaetigen moechte, findet ein gutes Fitnesscenter im Hotel. Das Restaurant ist fuer hauptsaechlich fuer lokale Kueche ausgerichtet. Fruehstueck leider nur bis 10 Uhr.

Gute und sauberes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück
Gutes und sauberes Hotel, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Jakarta anzusehen. Guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche.
Frühstück hat mir gut gefallen. Es ist eher asiatisch aufgestellt. Aber jeder wird etwas finden.
Wem die moderaten Preise der Minibar zu teuer sind: es gibt direkt am Hotel einen Minisupermarkt.
Direkt hinter dem Hotel gibt es ein kleines Restaurant.

Not too bad, but could be better.
I had good stay there. However, my review there: For the price I got, it s better to stay in another newer renovated hotel. Because the hotel is not fabulous, but the staffs are nice and friendly. Swimming pool is small. The bed was firm, good. Hotel strictly did not give late check out, need to pay if you need one :-(

Sub-standard Accor Hotel.
The hotel did not reflect a 4-star hotel but a mere 2-star hotel. The aircon was broken though the engineer managed to fix it, it was not really cool. The hotel condition was gloomy.
Amenities in the room was sub standard. Shampoo and bath gel bottles were empty. Sometimes the housekeeper didn't provide bottled water.
I've stayed in many Accor hotels around the world, probably this is the worst.

Saya membawa rombongan keluarga dan memesan 4 kamar selama 6 hr di novotel gajah mada. Kamar luas, kasur kingsize, cocok utk keluarga yg punya anak kecil. Staff ramah dan helpfull tetapi kebersihan kamar tidak memuaskan. Lantai karpet tidak di vakum atau klpun di vakum terkesan asal2an.. sisa remahan roti dilantai tetap ada. Air minum cmn diberi 1 botol, kami mesti minta tambahan air lagi. Semua kamar cmn diberi 1 handuk, kami minta tambahan handuk. Hr kedua semua kamar tidak dibersihkan dgn alasan tidak diminta utk bersihkan.. padahal sdh sy pesan ke cleaning service kl semua kamar hrs dibersihkan tiap hr.. tag utk minta dibersihkan tidak ada di pintu kamar. Saat sprti ini harusnya prokes tetap dijalankan.. apalagi soal pembersihan dan sterilisasi kamar.. mohon diperhatikan.

Sauna, steam room, swimming pool are out of service. Room aircon are terribly weak, unable to cool down the room. breakfast is sub standard. calling for maintenance/engineering for assistance into the room takes forever (more than 30 minutes). housekeeping made shoddy work in cleaning room

There were issues with the reservation and hotel claimed could not find my booking. Claimed that some of the rooms booked were cancelled, not all rooms come with breakfast, etc. the staff showed me their system bookings even though I’ve got the email confirmation from hotels.com. I still do not know what happened, if it’s a mistake by either Novotel or hotels.com, but kudos to the hotel staff in persevering to sort out with hotels.com.
Hotel condition and location still as good.

House keeping is quite bad.. stayed in multiple Novotel, but this one the staff are saving on all amenities..
The steam room is under maintenance & the Sauna is quite old with almost zero maintenance.. floors are creaking & even the wooden water bucket is broken & there is a temporary plastic container inside this to hold water.. doesn’t live up to Novotel standards
