Beautiful, amazing staff, but windows noisy
Amazing stay, only issue it’s that the windows are totally allowing the noise of the streets to be heard. It’s difficult to sleep. Not sound proofed at all which is a shame. But the rest the hotel it’s beautiful, staff amazing and so kind and helpful. Spacious and clean.

Five stars for the AMAZING (included) breakfast that went above and beyond and ranks up there with the best breakfasts I've experienced anywhere in the world, BUT honestly I can't give more than one or two stars only for the hotel itself. Our room and stay were relatively comfortable, but the five star experience promised by JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong was absent. The room had visible dirt and stains in the corners, particularly in the bathroom, and room-shakingly loud conference music and announcements that began directly above us at 7.30am interrupting restful sleep and making it nearly intolerable to stay in the room for any amount of time. The television displayed black on all channels until I dug behind it to disconnect and reconnect everything. And then after checkout there was a uniformed employee urinating on the side of the hotel in full view of the front entry. Won't be staying here again.

The front office staff were all very friendly especially the lady who checked us in unfortunately I can’t remember the name. Breakfast menu was great but the staffs were not attentive enough, the service used to be excellent before covid but not anymore.

The hotel is grand and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and it's very clean! I love the bed! It's comfortable it just makes me want to hide under the blanket for a whole day! The Bathtub is big too! The gym, spa and swimming pool is great too! I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and gotten a good rest. And there is so many choice of food for breakfast and it's delicious ! I would definitely come back again in the future.

Business Traveller's Haven in Gading Serpong
This is my second stay in this hotel. Service is excellent and checking in was a breeze. The room is big and clean and the aircon was working really well. I asked for a king size bed but got a super king size bed (two super single joined) Bed was very comfortable and for a person with back problems, the bed did not 'swallow' me up! The only issue which could be looked into was whilst joining the two super single bed, the bed head was not aligned, leaving a gap with the electrical sockets at the back of the centre of the bed!!! The breakfast spread was superb, though I did not have enough time to enjoy and try all the spread!!! Checking out was again a breeze and the staff are really very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is excellent and is within reach is you are visiting offices in the BSD area. Getting to the shopping malls is also very convenient. If the hotel can look into the air-conditioning in the lobby as I feel that it is rather hot in the afternoon. Overall I am very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend business travellers visiting the BSD area to stay here!!!

Need some improvements
This hotel is too strict on their policy. I hope they can review and make changes soon. I can see that the hotel was not busy. However, every time I came, they were always too strict with the check in time. Seriously, if you do have rooms available, why make it so hard for guest to enter their room before 12pm. Do the calculation, you got nothing to loose!! You could only get a good return by allowing guest to check in early. They will be happy to choose to stay again in the future. However, if you keep being too strict like now, I honestly will choose other hotels eventually. Also, please fix the water quality. The water in the bathroom was smell bad and murky. Something wrong with it.

タンゲラン初の5つ星ホテル
 場所的には街中からは少し奥まったところではあるが、地域最大のモールであるスマレコンモールスルポンから2kmほどに位置し、それなりに便利。タンゲラン初の5つ星ホテルとのことだが、超一流というわけではない印象。全体的に可もなく不可もなくといった感じ。  部屋は調度品が少ないので、35m2とはいうものの広く感じる。床面の絨毯も厚く、防音、空調も問題なし。ベッドのクッションもよく、上質な睡眠がとれる。シャワーの水量は若干物足りず。シャンプー、ボディソープなど出し口が狭く出し難かったので、形を変えた方がよい。  Wifiはかなり速度が遅く、スマホ4G並み。  朝食は種類も多く、卵料理もあり、味もよく、まずまず満足。  従業員はフレンドリーで教育もインドネシアであることを考えると、頑張っているほうであると言える。  ジャカルタより田舎に位置するので、値段的に安い点は良い点と言え、大満足ではないが満足度は高いホテルである。

Best hotel in Serpong
It’s a very new hotel just opened in Nov this year. Probably the only 5 star hotel in Serpong area. Some restaurants are not even opened yet. Lavish marble used everywhere. Motorised curtains. Comfortable bed. Reasonably good choice of breakfast. However the room facing to The main road is a bit noisy though double layer glass window is used. The toiletries are not matching its 5 star status. I strongly recommend the hotel to use high class toiletries. Other than these everything else are good and I strongly recommend to stay there.

Nice hotel to stay
The hotel is nice. The room is large, clean. The hotel breakfast is so so. The Indonesian local food is not so many. The western food is acceptable. The room shower gel is good. At this moment, the nearby restaurant and supermarkets are not many.
