There was a continuous construction noise while I was staying there non-stop even in 3 am midnight. I can't sleep well. Also the sink stopper was broken. I requested the staff to fix it. Someone came and was not able to fix it.

Very nice and secured hotel. Room is big with Balinese theme. Staffs were very helpful and location is strategic close to Summeracon mall. Breakfast spread was good, satisfied stay. Wiill come back again for my next business trip.

Overall the experience at the hotel was very satisfactory. The staff are very polite and respectful. The rooms are very well decorated and overall one gets very energetic vibes. The only inconvenience I faced was elevators. To get elevator on time is very difficult, although there are 4 of them working at same time. There is a very long waiting time for it. The hotel needs to improve their elevator programme.
