The hotel is very run down, there were water spots in my room, the bathroom showerhead was rusty, the internet only worked in the lobby area, it was spotty at best in the rooms, also I went for a massage and the lady offered me a “happy ending”, not my cup of tea and I felt very disrespected.

Positives: Room was clean and comfortable with free bottled water, wifi was fast enough to watch Netflix and do FaceTime, breakfast was ok, staff friendly, location is good for Mall and nearby offices. Negatives: mini-fridge and safe in room didn't work, morning prayer at mosque next door woke me up and traffic noise was bad (even on 8th floor)!

Location wise ... the hotel worked for my use.
The hote is average (at best). Facilities weren’t the greatest. Staff were polite but the language barrier made communication slightly challenging. Having said, the location was great for my purpose.... my meetings were held in either Pondok Indah or Gandaria and hence the location of the hotel was great. Besides the location, I wouldn’t shout out that this was the best hotel in Jakarta. It certainly was not BAD but I would have expected the experience to be much better. I make comparisons with several service apartments I usually stay at when in Jakarta...eg The Ascott or Fraser or Somerset franchise where the quality of the rooms and service staff are visibly higher. But each traveller has different opinions and expectations .... these are just my observations and it does not reflect the opinion of others.

Not recommend to stay
Normally hotel will provide free early check in if have room available, however this hotel NO. They charge for it. Although this maybe is hotel policy but definately I won’t come back again. And when I go to the room, the room have some uncomfortable smell, I not sure is from carpet or toilet. Really feel disappointed. And then I found out hand tower totally dirty and unchanged. Really disappointed for this hotel. And if you need a quiet place, please don’t stay here, because it near the main road, early in the morning will be super noisy. Finally the breakfast also not good. This is first time to stay Also is last time.

Comfortable room...
Hotel was quite far frm central jakarta. Takes abt 45mins-90mins by car. Very disappointed w e spa staff. They seem to b unwilling n not ready to receive guest. Tried to confuse us w e currency. Our massage cost 550k for 2. Even after rendering 700k to them, they were still waiting for our money until we realize that they were already given more. One of e massuer also insist she be given same tips as her colleague. Another friend of ours was cheated of 30mins from her massage hour. Paid for 2hr, given only 90mins massage. V disappointing. Breakfast selection wasn't impressive. Overall stay was ok...

日本語は通じません。 でも、スタッフはみんな笑顔で対応してくれ、気持ち良く過ごせました。 施設や清潔感は、まぁこんなものかな、というレベルで特に不便や不快に感じるところはありませんでした。 近くにモスクがあり、早朝からお祈りが始まるので目が覚めます。

Nice hotel, noisy environment
I would have given this hotel a near perfect score if the surrounding is not noisy. On top of that, there are two Mosques right behind the hotel that use an insanely loud PA system at 3am for the full hour!!

かなり残念な施設とオペレーション
宿泊はエグゼクティブ ルーム 予約時にはバスタブが無いことに気が付かなかった。 それは、重要ではなかったが、シャワーはレインシャワーのみで、ハンドシャワーが無い、お湯も不十分で2人目が使用している途中でお湯がぬるくなってくるし、シャワー部分は出入口に扉がなく、バニティエリアに水が跳ねて濡れるし、バニティエリアが狭く扉が邪魔でトイレも使いづらい。 エクスペディアに記載されていたバスローブが部屋になく、リクエストしたら持ってきたものの、翌日のハウスキーピングの後にはなくなっていた。改めてリクエストしたら、その様なサービスはしていないと言う始末。ハウスキーパーがフロントに確認し、持ってきた物の、書類にサインさせられ、とても不快な気分を味わった。 客室の入口扉はクローザーの力では閉まりきらず、力をかけて閉めないと鍵もかからないし、もう一つの鍵は破損していて使えなかった。 老朽化しているとはいえ、最低限の部分が維持できていない。 朝食のレストランはエレベーターロビーと一体で味も不味いし、料理は乾燥気味。 フロントロビーは蚊が沢山居るし... 他にも文句を言いたい点が沢山。 もう、二度と泊まりたくないホテルです。

Bellevue Suites is strategically located in South Jakarta with major malls and convenience store in walking distance. Checking in was a breeze and staffs were friendly and polite. Our room was beyond our expectation, it was huge and clean. Wifi works and bed was super comfy. Loved our stay in this great hotel and will definitely come back again!

A real dump!
This hotel is nothing like it is portrayed on the website. It is poorly cleaned and maintained with numerous issues surrounding wiring, flooring balcony etc. The room was not cleaned well and the carpet was sticky! Check-in was awful as reception told me I didn't have a booking until after 10 minutes of arguing they finally 'found' the booking despite me showing my confirmation from Expedia.
