Dies ist normal, da die Toilette überall kaputt gehen kann. Es ist schade, dass er auf dich gestoßen ist. Wenn Sie dies an der Rezeption erfahren haben, hat das technische Team Ihr Zimmer angewiesen oder Ihr Zimmer gewechselt. Wie genau ist es, schlechte Kommentare zu machen?

Sehr freundliches und angenehmes Klima.Zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber. Leider sprechen die Mitarbeiter nur schlecht englisch. Taxifahrer haben Mühe das Hotel zu finden. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Zum 2. Mal waren wir im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise in diesem Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Flughafen und zu den Messen ist ideal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die konfortablen, sauberen und gut ausgestattenen Zimmer und der Service. Insbesondere möchten wir uns bei der Security- Dame, deren Name ich nicht menr rekonstruieren kann (tagsüber arbeitend) für ihre freundlichen und hillfreichen Auskünfte undTipps hinsichtlich Istanbul bedanken. Jederzeit wieder gerne würden wir in diesem Hotel residieren.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis
Ich war auf der Durchreise und habe nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel ist es eine sehr kurze Strecke mit dem Taxi. Es ich ein ziemlich neues Hotel, die Lage ist ganz gut, es gibt eine Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Entfernung ca. 10 Gehminuten. Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr gut und das Bett sehr bequem. Durch den Schallschutz der Fenster war der Straßenlärm kaum hörbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend gedeckt. Ich war im allgemeinen sehr zufrieden. Für mich ist das Hotel eher in der 4-Sterne-Kategorie und nicht 3.

Definitely recommendable! Close to airport
Hotel very close to IST airport, 10min by taxi. Rooms very spacious, clean, nice, unfortunately only spent a few hours there so could not explore the other hotel facilities. Concierge/service extremely friendly and trying to accommodate all our needs. paid for our taxi in the middle in the night as there was no airport shuttle going. Thank you!!

Cleanliness was not up to scratch. Was only allowed 1 toilet roll for my room, if the cleaner left 2 rolls upon my request it would be gone if I left my room. I paid for 9 days of breakfast for 2 of us and only ate it once at the hotel as it’s a very poor selection especially for the price! I would not recommend this hotel.

Smokers Paradise
The hotel is clean and convenient for Ataturk airport. However, the rooms reek of smoke. I asked for a non smoking room which made no difference. The towels in the bathroom are ridiculously small. You need bath and hand towels. The reception was indifferent I didn’t feel particularly welcome and the following morning they arranged a taxi which went to the wrong destination.

The room was basic. I was located on the last 5th floor with no access to terrace and it was where the air-con bodies were located outside, which was not very pleasing. The ceiling had dried out yellow spots throughout from prior leakages. Otherwise the room and bathroom were clean. The frustrating thing was that I asked for a late check out, as my airport transfer was not until 6pm, and was asked to pay half day rate. I paid and was told that I could keep the room until about 5-5.30pm. However, on the day 10mins to 5pm I got a call from reception that I need to make sure I vacate at 5pm sharp. Five hours late check out was certainly not worth half a day pay!! Overall, the hotel does not live up to its 4* and the staff including most reception struggle with English.

Was there for 2 nights on business and hotel was totally fine for a quick trip. Hotel is small but comfortable and in good condition. Restaurant has decent options and if your friendly to the staff, they are very friendly back. However, if you have an attitude don’t expect staff to respect you.

Nelle vicinanze non c'è nulla tranne un piccolo parco e un centro commerciale piccolo, quindi non è consigliato, se volete visitare Istanbul e i paesi meravigliosi vicini, scegliete un Hotel più centrale perché senza taxi, metro, nel giro di venti minuti non c'è nulla. La camera era perfettamente pulita e la ragazza che si occupava del riordino Mihriban, sempre sorridente, gentile e discreta. Gentilissimi ad aiutarci nonostante non conoscessimo la lingua ma con il traduttore abbiamo in qualche modo risolto, i ragazzi della reception. Il concierge Zafer che dopo una brutta ustione solare di domenica è corso ad acquistare in farmacia una pomata. Mekan e Wepa i due ragazzi del bar sono sempre stati deliziosi, simpatici e disponibili. La ragazza mora con i capelli lunghi, presente nelle colazioni invece, una grandissima maleducata, irrispettosa, ci ha preso in giro e con una ragazza della cucina ci ha deriso parlando male degli italiani perché non conoscevamo l'inglese o il turco ma solo il francese. Avrei voluto fare colazione ma non era possibile avere un cappuccino!, non funzionavano il distributore e lei non ha fatto NULLA! non c'era disponibile latte, caldo o freddo o altre bevande... Ha avuto la faccia tosta di riderci in faccia, così non abbiamo mai fatto colazione qui nonostante i dolci e diverse specialità perché le bevande non c'erano e la sua proverbiale maleducazione ci ha fatto passare la voglia. In general, it is a nice hotel, sadly not all the members speak English fluently, also, it is a bit overated, as I think 4 stars is a bit too much for this Hotel.

Hotel konfor olarak gayet çok iyi. Oda temiz ve ferahtı. Sadece odada 2 çay olması gerekirken 1 tane vardı ve resepsiyona bildirdik getireceğiz deyip getirmediler. İlgi ve alaka konusundan biraz daha iyi olabilirler. Açık büfe kahvaltı kötü değil ama içerik olarak iyi olabilir. Konum itibariyle fiyat/performans gayet iyi. Teşekkür ederiz.

The location for us was very convenient. The check in was fast, even super fast. The Staff at the Hotel were always courteous, professional and helpful during our stay, always greeting us with good mornings, good evenings, and beautiful smiles.
