A nice property but lack the attraction of a first class hotel. Awkward rooms with two beds that reduce the room size. Monotonous break fast. The house keeping could be better. Staff not as friendly. Good for group travelers.

One of the rooms was Ok but another one was super small and no light etc when I asked reception for change the room, they said you can upgrade and pay like 120 euro extra to have a bit bigger room
The bigger room was expensive and smoking (smelly )
But we had no choice but to take it
Lifts are very tiny too

Konforlu bir otel
Otel konfor olarak çok rahat
Benim kaldığım oda genişti ancak tek eksik yanı manzara bizim odanın pencereleri bina boşluğuna bakıyordu.
Ailemin kaldığı oda ise biraz daha küçüktü ancak manzarası iyiydi dışarı şehirin merkezine bakıyordu
Kahvaltısı iyiydi ne eksik ne fazla idealdi.
Bir konuya daha değinmek isterim otelin otoparkı bir tık pahalı ve orası hariç başka koyacak yer bulamadığımız için mecbur oraya koyduk
Bunun dışında bir eskisi yok tavsiye ederim

We had a lot of trouble checking in - although we showed the taxi driver our booking sheet, we were taken to 2 wrong Ramada hotels before a doorman from another hotel located the Ramada Plaza.
We complained about the coffee - they did then fix the machine! Could do with some tourist info - like how to use the very extensive and good value public transport system!
