This hotel is certainly among those offering the best value for money in Istanbul. It’s important to note, however, that accommodation of this quality and standard is easier to afford when choosing a location outside the city center. As a result, you may need a taxi or rental car to reach the downtown area which wasn’t an issue for us.
What mattered most to us was the quality of the accommodation and the spa area, and both exceeded our expectations. The rooms are extremely clean, modern, and provide a very pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom, in particular, was impressive: very modern, impeccably maintained, and a place where one can truly feel comfortable something I personally value highly.
The only frustrating part of our stay was an issue with the room door. After misplacing our room card, we received a new one, but it repeatedly stopped working shortly afterward. We had to return to the reception four to five times that day to have the cards reactivated. Eventually, a room change was necessary. Of course, the staff cannot be blamed for such a technical issue and that is precisely why we want to highlight how professionally and calmly the team handled the situation. Despite our understandable frustration, the staff remained friendly, patient, and very understanding at all times. For that, we want to express our sincere gratitude.
