Unfortunately this didn’t live up to expectations at all. I called previously to ask if they had a microwave, and they said they did, they also said we could check in early if they had rooms available. On arrival at 9am they claimed they didn’t have rooms available, so we explored and came back 3 hours later, which was 12pm. We waited for another hour and a family came in from the room shouting about something being stolen, and all of a sudden they had a room available. Which I found very odd…
For the 4 nights we were there, they didn’t make our beds or add anymore toilet room in the bathroom, even though we left the sign outside. They didn’t do so, until we asked again the night before we left, and still no toilet roll.
The kitchen only has 1 pot, yet it’s a family suite.
The master room could do with darker curtains, as the light shines throughout the day and night.
Staff are not friendly or helpful, we barely got a smile or hello throughout our stay.
We asked for another room card, and said they only give 1, first hotel that has ever said that.
The only good thing, is it’s located in a very good area, a lovely park opposite, are near shops and loads for food spots and markets. The hotel has so much more potential, but they need to start with being friendly to guests, maybe because we are not from there, it was just weird all together.
The apartment itself was clean and tidy, very chilled, good AC, nice smart TV.
