Das Hotel ist sehr neu und noch nicht fertig ausgestattet. Nachttisch licht neben Bett nicht mal eingeschlossen. Badezimmer Lichter Hälfte funktioniert nicht z.B. zum Bard-Rasieren hat man keine Chance, weil sehr dunkel ist. Bei Eingang ins Zimmer funktioniert das Licht nicht, überall Löcher und schmutz. Obwohl ich eine «Luxuriöser» Zimmer reserviert habe, ich hatte keinen Platz meine Koffer zum Aufmachen. Ich habe das Gefühl die Leute wollen nur Geld machen. Obwohl Bau gar nicht fertig ist, Hotel ist offen und sie kassieren das Geld. So etwas darf nicht passieren! Das ist sehr enttäuschend, das Ebookers dahintersteht und als «sehr gut» empfiehlt!

Obwohl wir alle Tests in unserem neu eröffneten Hotel durchgeführt haben, haben wir festgestellt, dass die Badezimmerabflüsse in Ihrem Zimmer verstopft sind und das Wasser nicht abgelassen wird. Wir haben verstanden, dass diese Verstopfung durch die Baumörtel entstanden ist und haben sofort eingegriffen. Wir sind wirklich enttäuscht über die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen durch diese Situation entstanden sind, die wir nicht erkannt haben. Wir werden kontinuierlich daran arbeiten, unser Hotel, das sich die Gästezufriedenheit als erstes Ziel gesetzt hat, auf ein höheres Niveau zu heben. We stayed here for our first and last day in Istanbul while we waited for our accommodations closer to the inner city to become available. I was SO impressed by how well we were treated and accommodated by all of the staff specially Oswald and Bilal. Bilal went out of his way to ensure our stay was everything we needed it to be and more and more as an excellent representation for your hotel. I wish we had more of him back in the United States because hotels would run a lot more smoothly! Thanks for an amazing stay!

The air-conditioning did not work. Room was much warmer than the hallways and common area. The room was hot at check in and we were told they would adjust it at the desk. An hour later as we went out we again asked at the desk for them to check the air. When returned 7 hours later it was still hot in the room. Went down stairs to ask again. A young man said he would check on it. He went behind the desk and did something at a control board. The room still was not colling. I asked again and the man who appeared to be the manager said the young man took care of it and turned the air-conditioning off. I told him again we wnated the room to cool down. He said there was nothing he could do there was just one system and if the room was not cooling he could only turn it off. I asked if he had a room that would be cooler. He just said no. If you want a comfortable stay this is not the place. Avoid this hotel!!

The room was nice and the bed was confortable. The staff was frendly and help us to find transport and a tour to visit Istanbul. Breakfast is available at a raisonable cost but not lunch or dinner. However other options are suggested near by.

To be honest we were not happy with our stay. When we first got into the room the heating was on 26 and very hot. We had to call 3 times to get someone to turn on the AC. Apparently the only solution was to completely turn off the system. The windows were stuck and would not open, The bathroom was still in renovations with parts looking very gross, the faucet is old and stained. And the bed was very hard. Also your hotel is rated 4 stars on Expedia and I would give it a much lesser rating.

The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport relatively but a 10 minute taxi ride was necessary to get there The area around the hotel did not have many conveniences .

It was very near to the airport, we loved that as we had a very early flight. The room was very clean, the beds were bigger than expected. I loved that even though it was two beds they had like three different power outlets near the bed.
