Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind schön modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet müsste abwechslungsreicher sein und einiges im Hotel Bedarf einer Sanierung. Aber wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Es ist ein schönes kleines Hotel für 1/2 tage mann sollet hier nicht viel erwarten.die lage ist top sehr nah zu besiktas und Nişantaşı.Frühstück ist bischen dünn aber mann wird sat:) personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit Die dame am frühstück bemüht sich auch sehr wenn mann extra wünsche wie omlet verlangt.

Sehr zentral. Obwohl das Café tagsüber sehr ruhig und zurückhaltend ist kann man in den Abendstunden bei guter Musik eine Clubatmosphäre geniessen und das Beste in den oben liegenden Zimmern war nichts davon zu hören.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und man kann wirklich alles schnell erreichen, man ist mitten im Geschehen und ist mit diesem Hotel wirklich im Herzen Istanbuls. Man ist mit dem Auto (Taxi) nur 10 min von Taksim entfernt und vor dem Hotel findet man auch sofort was zum Essen oder ne kleine Bar. Also nur zu empfehlen.

Kleines Stadthotel, Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig, alle supernett, ich würde empfehlen ohne Frühstück zu buchen und in unmittelbarer Nähe in der Frühstücksstraße frühstücken. Nicht weit vom Hotel, gibts die Fähren und auch Taxistände, wobei ständig Taxis am Hotel vorbei fahren. Wir waren meist mit Uber unterwegs, dafür braucht man allerdings WLan. Können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und kommen beim nächsten Istanbul Aufenthalt sicher wieder!

nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, großes Zimmer (bisschen staubig), direkt darunter befindest sich das Hotelrestaurant, abends Pub zugänglich auch für Andere, sehr laut bis in die Morgenstunden (das Fenster ist undicht), ein sehr belebtes Gebiet. Viele Restaurants, Cafe´s, Bars, Lebensmittelgeschäft etc. Sehr nah an Bushaltestelle, Fähre etc.

Frühes Ende
Die ersten Tage verliefen sehr angenehm im Hotel Bosfora. Das Frühstück ist kein 5-Sterne Frühstück, reicht aber, um satt zu werden. Ein wenig Abwechslung hätten wir uns aber gewünscht. Leider endete unser Aufenthalt früher als gedacht: Ein Angestellter verlor unseren Zimmerschlüssel, nachdem wir ihn drum gebetet haben, das Zimmer aufräumen zu lassen. Er nahm unsere Schlüssel und vergaß sie der reinigungskraft zu geben. So wurde das Zimmer weder aufgeräumt noch bekamen wir unseren Schlüssel zu Gesicht. Das Vertrauen in die Mitarbeiter war somit gelaufen. Zum Glück hatten wir Verwandte in Istanbul, sodass wir das Hotel nach 3 Tagen verließen konnten. Das Geld bekamen wir leider nicht zurück erstattet.

Das Hotel befindet sich Im Stadtteil Besiktas, der nicht touristisch sondern eher einheimisch geprägt ist und ein tolles Nachtleben sowie gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat. Der Busbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt und der Hafen ist auch nah, von wo man z.B. eine hop on hop off Bosporus-Schiffstour machen kann

Konumu bakımından da Beşiktaş bölgesinin en cazibe ve en elit yerindeyiz. Yapmış olduğunuz yorumu (10 üzerinden 2) iyi niyetli bulmuyoruz.Burda çalışanların emeğine yapılmış bir haksızlıktır.

This is my 4th visit and as you can see I keep going back to it .. the 3 Ali's are absolute gentlemen and always helpful 😁the new rooms are just lovely with great bedding 😁the sofa bed is a bonus 😁may be the TV can be repositioned and more lightings will definitely help 😁area us great with loads of options for laundry / dining / grocery and safe 😁

I was supposed to get the biggest suit in this hotel with balcony and kitchen but instead they called me two days before my flight and said that this room was not available and gave me two rooms in another hotel and asked me for extra charge $200.. we were so disappointed with the service.

Hello, our dear guest.Your feedback is very important to us.There has been a renovation in our room that you have chosen, you are right.I would like to point out that you made the reservation for 1 person and you brought 4 people with you.Of course, it's normal for us to charge 200 for an extra 10 nights.You accepted this when we told you.We have not put any pressure on you for this.We have indicated that you can cancel the reservation if you wish.We would like to welcome you back to our renovated hotel.Warm regards

This hotel reached out to me 2 days before my flight saying my room is unavailable to check in because they do some renovation. And gave me 2 rooms in different hotel because I had 5 people total. I had to pay extra money for the second room because they did not have suites for 5 people in new hotel. We did not had balcony, kitchen as I was planning on. I was really disappointed with the service.

Hello, our dear guest.First of all, we are sorry again for the situation that has happened.You had already made your reservation as 1 person in our hotel and you said that you would have an extra 4 guests staying with you, so we asked you for an extra fee and you accepted it.After all, we have not charged any additional fees from you at our other hotel.We have reserved 2 large rooms for you.I hope we would like to welcome you to our renovated hotel.If you give us a chance, we will fix this situation.We wish you healthy good daysWarm regards
