AS YOU SAID OUR RATES DOE NOT INCLUDE THE BREAKFAST.WE NEED TO GET A PERMISSION IN ORDER TO SERVE BREAKFAST UP ON THE TERRACE.

OUR ROOMS MIGHT BE LITTLE SMALL BUT IT IS A FAIR PRICE.IF YOU WANT A BIGGER ROOM THAN IT STARTS FROM 60 EURO PER NIGHT UP TO 100 EURO MAYBE MORE.YOU CAN NOT PAY 30 EURO PER NIGHT AND STAY IN FOR SEASON IT DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY...

I am very sorry about your bedside bulb problem.We actually do not have a report of that issue from you but than again it is not an excuse.It should have worked in the first place.We will work on our short coming and make sure that ,ıt does not happen again.When it comes to for room being small.I am sick and tired of hearing this from those ungateful guests.We are not hiding our room size from anybody.Before you confirm your reservation or when you check the rooms you see the rooms feature and size ,Why did not you check that before you confirm it.Are you trying to tell the whole world that you are incapble of checking out the rooms details.You have made a reeservation for an economy room ,why did not you make a reservation for a standard or standard large double room ,they are bigger than economy room.,more expensive than economy room ,Because you saw the cheapest room and you have made a reservation for cheapest room and by the time you get here you tought that room is going to change in to a palace room.İs that it?Our rooms are smaller than other hotels and the prices are smaller than other hotels too.What you see is what you are going to get.OUr rooms pictures are not even being professinally taken ,we have taken all those pictures with our ıphones becuae we wanted to reflect the reality to all our guests..

İf you had a problem why did not you come down and tell us about the problem. This not ethic, by no telling us what the problem was I think it shows your human quality. everybody deserve a second chance. We are proud to say that we always provıde our guest what they reserved. What you see is what you get. You can not expect to pay the cheapest price and come here and stay ın a palace hotel. The world does not work that way. Our all hotels room pictures matches with the room.

Actually you are not telling the truth ,you told us that you were moving close to you friend house in order to help one of your Russian friend who has been waiting for a visa to go to USA because she is Russian.why do people have double face you did make the reservation for a small single room ,what did you expect ?were you expecting to stay in a palace room you need to pay for it.

Ayse Hanım, Yazmış olduğnuz yorumlar için çok teşekkür ederim,Odanın küçük olduğundan bahsediyorsunuz sizin rezervasyonunuz ekonomi oda için idi dolayasıyla ufak oluyor ama daha büyük odalarımız da mevcuttur onuda belirtmek istedim.Umarım bir daha ki sefere yine sizi ağırlarız ama o zaman rezervasyonunuzu standart oda için yaparsınız daha büyük bir oda size tahsis ederiz...:) Hotel Müdürü Burhan
