Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen, einziger Nachteil: Wir haben die Mini Bar während des Aufenthaltes nicht benutzt, beim auschecken, waren zwei offene Redbull Rechnungen vorhanden, wobei es sich herausgestellt hatte (aufgrund ähnlicher Fälle) dass der Putzmann der täglich die Zimmer putzt, sich an der Mini Bar bedient hatte. Gäste sollten unbedingt darauf achten, falls Getränke oder Essen aus der Mini Bar fehlen, dieser der Rezeption mitzuteilen, um Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden. Alles andere war Top!

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, vor allem die Frau vom Reinigungsservice, Sevgin, war sehr nett und hat eine super Arbeit gemacht. Das einzige was uns störte war der Friseur. Ich zeigte ihm ein Foto und bekam nicht das was ich wollte. Anfangs sagte er der Preis ist 150€, als ich fertig war wollte er dann 300€ von mir was 8600 Türkische Lira sind. Er hat uns völlig über den Tisch gezogen. Als ich ihn fragte wie der Preis zustande kam, sagt er er hätte Produkte extra genutzt, ohne mich zu fragen. Geht gar nicht, so eine abzocke für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt und man kann direkt mit der Metro in die Innenstadt von Istanbul gelangen.

Nice hotel in florya
My first choice when I’m in istanbul. The location is pretty nice. You have a very big mall with all things up to very good restaurants Bars etc. rooms and stuff is really helpful. Spa and gym is very modern.

Wenn nicht die störende Baumaßnahme wäre...
Leider führt das Hotel direkt über dem Außenpool auf erster Etage (Terasse) eine umfangreiche Baumaßnahme durch. Dies stört von morgens bis Abends. Ziemlich unangebracht, in der Hochsaison eine solche störende Maßnahme durchzuführen.
