This is perfect place if you visiting istanbul for Tuypa center which is around 10 minutes drive, or 30mins walk. It has ample local restaurants to choice from , I could not find a restaurant which sells alcohol with food , but you can be purchased from very limited numbers of off licenses and consumer in the apartment, also has 'File 'supermarket and others local indpendant shops around. Mohammed is really friendly and can't help you enough. Check out the indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room on B1. I'd also recommend Shirin for a massage. To get into Istanbul centre you need to take the Metrobus which is around 30 min walk away (Marmara park) once on the metro bus then takes around 1hr which includes one change onto a Tram.

The shower was very tight - you cannot bend to wash your feet. The bed was squeaky and the facilities (pool, hamam, sauna, gym) was all closed on the Monday for cleaning and then also on the Tuesday for reasons we don’t know. We were asked to leave the pool abruptly after 30 mins with no reason. We chose the place because of these social facilities but in the end could not enjoy it. The immediate surrounding area only has food places but nothing else really. To go towards the main Istanbul areas has loads of traffic. Mohammad was friendly and warm.

God lejlighed i roligt område.
Vi fejrede nytår og nød det lune vejr i den første uge af det nye år. Lejligheden havde alt hvad der vat brug for og lige uden for døren er der rigtig fine indkøbsmuligheder. Servicen, varetaget af Mohamed, var formidabel og autentisk, tak til ham. Udsigten fra 21. etage var malerisk.

I did not received the right room but after 2 days they took care of it and they will cover me for my next trip for another 2 days stay there free, so basically the building is nice but some rooms missing stuff, you must carefully check everything, if you see something that you need and must be there, ask the management and they will take care of it.

Everything was as described and the apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. On top of the full kitchen there is also a washing machine. The building is new with nice lobby and many amenities including restaurants, laundry and grocery shops. The SPA is in the building but works only after 18:30, so wasn’t able to try. The neighborhood is residential but very close to Tuyap Fair and Congress center, only 10 min drive. The host Muhammad was very responsive, he speaks English and answers immediately. We checked in in midnight, there is a 24 hours security guard so no problems with that. We parked on the street behind the building, easy to find spots. Overall perfect quality-price ratio!

This place was tidy and comfy. We were on the 9th floor so we also had a great view of the city! What made our experience so amazing was Mohammad! He messaged us before our trip (really reassuring) and we stayed in contact together all during our stay! His smile is truly welcoming and he was there for really anything! He is also a great resource if you dont know the area! He gave us an overview of where we can get our basic needs, like groceries and some restaurants we may be interested in (just downstairs). Even gave us a wonderful recommendation on where to shop for something! This is going to be my go-to if I ever come back. Thank you so much!
