„The property is just as pictured in the listing and is beautiful. Communicating with the property manager was a bit of a challenge. They list a phone number but if you don't have a working cell phone when you land, the number is useless. They suggest communicating by WhatsApp and that is fine, as long as you have the internet, which you will not have in your vehicle. „Everything you need is nearby. Most pristine beach, a little grocery store with so much to offer, we cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen had enough supplies to make our food. Gorgeous villa, we felt very spoiled! The gentleman/security guard was very nice. Staff answered all our questions, I had many lol! Will definitely return!“

„The house is as advertised, beautiful and well equipped. The location is isolated enough for privacy, but only 35 minutes from Samara. „Stayed here for guys surf trip. Great layout for 3-4 individuals with own private sleep areas and common rooms. Plunge pool was great for quick cool down and hang out area. 5 min walk to Bodhi Tree yoga resort which had classes every hour plus great breakfasts. 10-15 min walk to town or can call tuk-tuk. House is on quieter side of town and 5 min walk to the beach. Ryan was great help with dinner and surf reservations and wealth of knowledge about the area. Would definately stay here again.“

„Beautiful property! I hope I can come back again next year. Location was roomy, quiet and safe. We walked to the beach every morning for a swim and then Bohdi for yoga. House was so clean and comfortable. Lots of towels and linens for swimming and pool lounging. Concierge was so so helpful with bookings and questions. „We had a lovely stay at Ben's casita. It's a clean, comfortable space with very comfortable beds. Ben and the community manager were extremely accommodating regarding check in and check out, which we really appreciated. The casita is near the river and we could hear howler monkeys and saw some beautiful birds. We'd stay here again.“

„Das Apartment befindet sich in einer Villa in der 1 Etage. Von dort hat man einen Blick über 2 Buchten, tolle Strände, wirklich schön. Ebenfalls ist ein Pool vorhanden, der nur für die Gäste ist. Larry und Sherry sind sehr nette Vermieter, haben uns 2 mal zu einem Drink eingeladen. Ansonsten hat man das Gefühl allein zu sein. In Sámara ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen“

„It is a very nice property in the nature and yet easily accessible. Supermarkets, restaurants, beach etc. is all nearby. Everything you need is available in the accommodation. Beautiful well-kept grounds and clean. Ideal for a vacation in Costa Rica. Just relax in the hammock or enjoy the pool. The landlord is nice and responds promptly to requests. „It was a great place and a great trip. Beautiful view, excellent location and accommodations. Grace was fantastic and we would be happy to go back again. The owners were very easy to communicate with and timely in their reaponse. The house staff was very helpful and kept the location clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time at the onsite pool enjoying the beautiful views.“

„So, I want to be careful when writing this review. I’m not going to slam this place and say it’s total junk. It’s not. It is also not for anyone fancy, or anyone looking to enjoy a place near Sámara, and treat it as a home base. We stayed one night, and that was it. Carlos is a wonderful man who seems to be the manager. Very sweet, and you can tell he maintains the grounds and pool. „We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything was as pictured on the listing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars from top to bottom was because the Air Conditioning in the living room was only available with an additional charge. "Das beste Hotel unserer Reise! Die Sicht auf den Rio Nosara Pazifik und die Lage direkt am hoteleigenen Naturreservat ist einmalig. An den tollen Pools kann man sich den ganzen Tag aufhalten und hat rund um die Uhr Tier-Kino. U.a. haben wir hier täglich Weißrüssel-Nasenbären und Affen in Greifweite beobachten können. Trotz des hohen Preises würde ich es uneingeschränkt jede*m empfehlen. Das Restaurant ist teuer, aber mit Mietauto kein Problem - es gibt tolle Bars und Restaurants in geringer Entfernung. Schönster Sonnenuntergang in Nosara💖"
