„We absolutely loved the location of this Beachfront Bungalow! Our early morning walks on the beach were just lovely, and our evenings were filled with the sound of the ocean waves! This place had everything we needed to make our stay most comfortable. It was very clean, and the host was excellent at replying to our messages.“

„This property sits back in a grove of trees and flowering plants but within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy breakfast or a late afternoon cocktail at the outdoor table shaded by said grove. Simply but satisfactorily appointed, the accommodations are great for a weekend getaway or a week at the beach. Newburyport and it’s many attractions and restaurants is a short 10 minute drive back from this property“

„John did an amazing job with the house. EVERYTHING is brand new. The dishes, towels, bedding, appliances, were all high quality. The space was perfect. The bunkhouse, outdoor patio, outdoor furniture and fire pit were amazing. With easy access to the city of Portsmouth, Kittery Outlets, and York Harbor, it is a fantastic place for family or couples to enjoy the beauty of the NH and Maine coast.“

„This home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and is in a great location. It is brand new! We were able to walk down the hill to restaurants and shops which was a bonus! There are two outside areas in which to enjoy a glass of wine with your family. My family got a much needed rest and immediately fell in love with this house and all it had to offer. „This home was amazing. It has lots of little extra personal touches. Michelle, the owner went out of her way to accommodate any special requests we had. It is so convenient to downtime Portsmouth. We visited several different restaurants such as Street 360 for brunch and Thirsty Moose brewery. Trips to Newcastle beach and Durham for the food truck were also wonderful. Highly recommend the home.“
