„It was hard to keep the room cool which effected sleep by a lot. It's a very quaint, not well updated hotel. Like a motel 6 near the beach. Balcony view was okay but worth far less than what I paid. Very basic, not great breakfast. Overall, just okay.“

„Everything about this place is fantastic! Location is outstanding—you can walk everywhere to great restaurants, the beach, the peer. We sat on the deck and just listened to and watched the ocean. It was wonderful. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful. Trish left wonderful treats for us at check in. The decor and atmosphere is wonderfully thoughtful and every detail makes it feel like vacation. I miss it already!“

„Excellent room with everything you need for the stay. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels and good shower. Perfect instructions from host. Nicely decorated condo, perfect for two people. Balcony/deck with nice view. Only suggestion would be a little later checkout. 10 o’clock seems a little early. No chance to enjoy the beach before having to leave. Would highly recommend this particular unit as I believe each condo is slightly different in comfort.“

A little issue at check in, I appreciated the door code well in advance but when arriving it would not work, after calling they were very helpful and got into the room fairly quickly as they had replaced the lock and assembly and therefor had a new code....if you sent me the code 2 weeks in advance as a common practice wouldn't you think to send an updated email to the future guests? „The condo was perfect and as advertised! You can tell it has been recently renovated and the updates are high quality. It is in walking distance from shops and restaurants and just a minute from the beach. John our host was incredibly responsive and helpful.There are only 2 things they could do to make it an even better experience: update the tv’s and add blackout blinds for the two front rooms. The lights at night are extremely bright. We hope to return again.“

„This unit lacked in appropriate cleanliness. The floors were not swept and the wall tower in the shower as well as the sides of the toilet was not clean. The bedding and bathroom towels could use some replacement. I would also consider having an iron and ironing board, not to require the guest to use the laundry room outside the unit. The cost is minimal to provide this for the guest. I would recommend upgrading the bed, bedding/linens, bathroom, and bathroom linen. This unit was decent ...
