„This house is right next to Granada square, which made it a very convenient location. The pool was warm, beautiful, and pleasant. Our teens really enjoyed it! The house has the Granada colonial colors and architecture. It has a cafe right outside, which was convenient for meals“

„We stayed 8 days and will definitely return. Beautiful pool, house, property, lagoon for swimming, and surrounded by natural beauty. We met the owners twice and they were very friendly. They even had an anniversary cake delivered for my wife’s sister’s anniversary mid week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We must have spent 3 hours EVERY day in that pool :-) Absolutely wonderful experience!“

„The place is welcoming and makes you feel at home. Amenities are fine, speedy WiFi, warm water. Buy your food in the small pulperias and have a chat with the local people, there is no supermarket in Catarina. I would easily spend a couple of weeks there. The housekeeper Juan is of great help with all practicalities. Thank you Paula. “

„The house is centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and overall comfortable. The plumbing, however, needs to be upgraded. The locals are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Granada is a safe city. You never feel concerned walking at any time of the day or night.“

„Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The check-in process was already difficult, as I don’t speak Spanish and had to rely entirely on Google Translate to communicate. The house itself was relatively nice, although it had a creepy vibe — but that was okay with us.Throughout the week, communication remained extremely difficult. We had agreed on a late checkout at 3 PM, but on the day of departure, we were suddenly informed around noon that this was not acceptable ...

„I lived here for 2 months while volunteering in Granada. It definitely fit my needs - comfortable self contained unit with kitchen, not directly in tourist zone, 10-15 min walk to restaurants, grocery stores & market, pool, reliable wifi, good fans, quiet location. AC in living room and bedroom, and hot water but i didn't use them. Amelia was very responsive when i was asking questions and getting organized, and Nora did a great job with cleaning and even had a propane refill delivered within 15 ...

"Danke an alle Mitarbeiter und besonders der Chefin Marcia. Wir waren schon in hunderten Hotels in vielen Teilen der Welt, aber so eine herzliche Gastlichkeit,Sauberkeit und schöne Atmosphäre ist selten. Das Hotel ist fussläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, es ist sehr sicher einschließlich sicherer Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet,sehr sauber und ruhig. Unserer besonderer Dank gilt der Besitzerin Marzia, die immer vor Ort war und viele wertvolle Tips zu Ausflügen und guten Gaststätten gegeben hat. Unser Rat an alle, wenn Granada dann nur dieses Hotel. "
