We are an ecological, pet friendly hotel, ideal for adventurous travelers, nature and local lovers, who are looking for a comfortable, practical and conscious lodging. We are located just two blocks walking distance from the ferry, which saves you time, money and transportation.

What makes this place unique?

- Location: It is located two blocks from the ferry, arriving to the island you can walk there. Close enough to walk in a few minutes to the center of the island, the best restaurants, stores, bars and the beach (everything is 5, 7 and 10 blocks away).

- A natural refuge: Surrounded by jungle and local fauna, our hotel connects you with nature. From the high floors you can see the sea, during your stay you will surely see raccoons, and, if you are lucky, flamingos crossing in the back of the hotel!

- Ideal to disconnect... but connected: Although the island is rustic, we have something that many don't: good internet. Perfect if you need to work remotely or just share your adventure.

- Petfriendly: If you travel with your furry companion, they are welcome here (cost $10 USD per night). We just ask that you don't leave him alone in the room, if you go out, take him with you.

- Authentic and local location: We are located in an area where you can really experience the local Holbox. Very close to the hotel you will see several fishing boats leaving and arriving, run by local boatmen. It is part of everyday life in Holbox, there is also a small mechanical workshop where you can see the type of vehicles used on the island, some of which serve as a parts bank, because in Holbox everything is reused, importing or exporting things is not easy!

- Local Concierge: Don't know where to start exploring Holbox, we'll help you! Our concierge service is ready to recommend the best tours, hidden beaches, authentic restaurants and unique experiences on the island.

Our hotel has 11 rooms, making it ideal also for large groups, retreats or family/friends trips looking for comfort, privacy and a real connection to the island.

- We don't have a pool or direct access to the beach, but just a 10 minute walk away (about 10 blocks) you will find one of the most beautiful beaches in Holbox. We also have alliances with beach clubs and for staying with us we give you a free drink at one beach club and 10% at another.

- On one side there is a convenience store that is very well attended by locals, which is very convenient for your stay. During the evenings there may be people drinking around, however there is nothing to be afraid of: the island is quiet, safe and full of warm and respectful people.

- You are likely to encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and other small animals during your stay (Gekkos, Spiders, Scorpions). We ask you to respect them, we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat.

- There are no paved roads in Holbox, and that is part of its charm: you live here walking or in a golf cart. If you decide to rent one, you can park it right outside the hotel.

RULES DURING YOUR STAY

-The reservation is exclusively for the registered guests. Visitors and additional guest are not allowed
- Pets are welcome ($10 USD per night). However they are not allowed on the furniture, it is not allowed to use the inner patio as their relief area and you must always taken them with you if you are leaving the hotel.
-Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
-Do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances. The entire building is made of wood, help us to avoid any accidents :) .
-Towels are for the bathroom; please do not use them to clean makeup or sunscreen, we want them to stay in good condition!
-To care for the environment and avoid plumbing issues, please do not dispose of paper or other items in the toilets.
-Hanging towels or clothes on balconies is prohibited, use the hangers located in the bathroom.
-Please do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If you don’t know where to dispose of it, ask us!

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

-In case of loss of keys or towels, replacement will cost $20 USD each
-For any rule violation, we may charge a penalty of up to $200 USD or take legal action (eviction, police involvement) due to misconduct .
-You will have total privacy during your stay, but if an emergency (such as flooding, leaks, fire, etc.) arises that requires our access, we will notify you in advance.
