Our dedicated staff is available every day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.

Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours

We are located in the mid-way point between the center of town and Punta Cocos. You can walk on the beach to the center of town in 15 minutes, same to Punta Cocos.

There is a store just one block away, as well as several restaurants and beach clubs.

The beach is literally 30 seconds away, just a short block.

We’ve intentionally avoided the path of many new developments that clear away native mangroves; instead, we’ve created a smaller, natural sanctuary that works with the environment. By utilizing a rainwater collection system and maintaining a light footprint, we invite you to experience a stay that truly values and protects the magic of Holbox.

Our shared garden serves as a peaceful escape, lush with trees, local wildlife, and hammocks for unwinding. For more personal downtime, your private patio is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, providing a quiet corner to transition between your island adventures.

Your private space is thoughtfully appointed with a queen-size bed and a kitchenette featuring a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and complimentary refreshments. To ensure a seamless stay, the room includes air conditioning, a spacious bathroom with hot water, a safe box, and essential tools like an iron and hairdryer. For those balancing leisure with productivity, our Starlink WiFi offers a reliable connection for both streaming and remote work.

A Note on the Surroundings: Neighboring construction is active Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. While we’ve equipped the rooms with thick, sound-insulating windows, noise is audible in the garden and occasionally inside. Our current rates are set to reflect this, offering a high-quality, nature-immersed boutique experience for the conscious traveler. We would be honored to host you!

Bike rental, golf cart rental, taxis, or walking. We do not rent carts or bikes.

You can walk to the center in 15-20 minutes along the beach, a beautiful walk.

Electricity and phone service can be inconsistent on the island. It is common at times for the electricity and phone service to go out for periods of time. Typically it returns quickly or within a few hours**

When there is rain, sand streets can get flooded and require walking on higher land or along the beach for an easier and prettier path to town.
