„We were prepared for no hot water, no AC, no cell service, but we were not prepared for the overall shady communication, vibes and charges. We booked this hotel to be close to Corcovado, and booked a tour with the hotel. When we asked for details, they said they said that the communication from Expedia was poor, and they only booked our snorkeling tour. We asked to cancel the snorkeling because the national park was our priority. She said they couldn't because they already bought the tickets. ...

„sehr freundliches Personal “

„Check-in / Check-out problemlos, Personal freundlich. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Zum Strand nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. “

Einfacher Check-in/ check-out. “

„Really great staff who really know the area and cultivate the farm. They can give you information on ecology you won't find outside of guided tour groups in the park, and there's also yoga. The property is beautiful and it is easy to see birds. It is a pretty primitive property and so you should be expecting bug bites and no modern comforts. Bathing in rainwater is amazing, but it is also not warm. Also the ants really bite- I was itchy for a week afterward. So be careful. “

„Mariadelia welcomed us to the hotel with smoothies and refreshing towels. She was such an angel our whole stay. She anticipated our needs, answered our questions, and helped us book activities. I hope she gets paid highly because she certainly deserves it! We also loved talking with the bartender, Diego who was a sweetie. One of the chefs, Randall also came over and took a picture of me and my husband without us having to ask. Everyone on staff clearly works hard to upkeep this lovely getaway. ...

„clean and nice hotel and rooms, directly on the beach, great breakfast und very nice and helpful staff :)“

„Good news? Jason genuinely tries to make your stay pleasant and breakfast was good. But... This hotel is NOT near the beach or trailhead as stated when we booked on Hotels.com (hopefully this will be corrected), in fact it will cost you 10,000cr ($16+ USD) round trip for a taxi if you don't have your own vehicle - if you do, it needs to be a 4X4 as the road is steep, rough, unpaved, and has a river crossing. When I pointed out we'd been mislead by the info, and had made our reservation based ...
