The kitchen comes fully stocked (if you plan to cook). Perfect space for one person, a little tight for two but still fine if only staying for a couple of nights (but can lead to feeling cooped up if it rains all day). The Host was very responsive to all questions. We felt safe and secure and the space was extremely clean. We enjoyed the option to walk a short distance to several food places. We LOVED the little outdoor cabana, but we recommend picking up bug spray for the mosquitoes. When it didnt rain, the boardwalk and running/walking path you could easily walk to were awesome! We really appreciated that they provided beach chairs, umbrella, and turkish beach towels. The sounds of roosters and traffic (you're literally right off a road) can be heard but are fairly easy to tune out. However, if staying on a weekend or special holiday, be advised that the nearby restaurants can be loud with music and harder to tune out (as can the occasional car that loves to blast their music with the windows down); however the hosts provide foam ear plugs. You are very close to two great beaches, but you dont have a direct ocean view. We paid the same price for a bigger place right on the water in Stella, so the value for this place felt a little lower (but that's just based off of our priorities for a stay). We did come across the people staying in the other apartment a time or two but we couldn't ever hear them through the walls and we felt like we had a decent amount of privacy.
