Detached, single-story house, built in 2024, located in the hills above the Menta district, in the heart of the vineyards, between the villages of Irouléguy and Anhaux. The cottage comprises: - a large 50m² living area with a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) - 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds) - 2 shower rooms - 2 separate toilets - a utility room with a washing machine and dryer Beds are made upon arrival.
