„This property sits back in a grove of trees and flowering plants but within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy breakfast or a late afternoon cocktail at the outdoor table shaded by said grove. Simply but satisfactorily appointed, the accommodations are great for a weekend getaway or a week at the beach. Newburyport and it’s many attractions and restaurants is a short 10 minute drive back from this property“

„Loved the home - it felt like being home at the end of a long day shopping and doing many things in town. Clean! Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky. Other than that, wonderful place and setup - sooooo close to town and convenient!“
