Capel St Mary sits quietly just off the A12, which is precisely the point. Close enough to Ipswich and Colchester to make it a practical base for work or visits, far enough from both to feel like somewhere you'd actually want to come home to at the end of the day.

The house has been updated to a good standard throughout - comfortable, well-equipped and straightforward to use.
