We had a very nice and large room under the roof and niche welcome and breakfast - this is what you expect and like with B&B. Almost within walking distance is the 3 Witches family restaurant / pub. Of course downtown Inverness is within short reach if you look out for more. Thus, a place with all options.

Privathaus außerhalb des Zentrums
Diese kleine Pension liegt zu Fuß ca. 30 min außerhalb des Zentrums. Wir waren von der Atmosphäre und Ambiente sehr enttäuscht. 176€ für eine Nacht in diesem Haus ist vollkommen unangemessen und trägt zur negativen Bewertung bei. Das Bad ist super klein. Die Einrichtung einfach. Bei Temperaturen über 20 Grad hatten wir ein dickes Federbett. Aircondition Fehlanzeige. Bei 80-100 € ok. Alles darüber nicht akzeptabel.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel
Ein kleines Hotel / Gästehaus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sandy der Hausherr empfang uns sehr herzlich, und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel verfügt nur über 5 Zimmer und ist ruhig am Stadtrand gelegen ca. 2 Kilometer in die Stadt, mit dem Taxi ca. 7 Pfund. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit einer Lounge für jeden verfügbar, mit kostenlosem Whisky und Cherry. Wlan ist auch kostenfrei. Das einzigste zu bemängeln wäre, die Betten für 2 Personen sehr klein, wenn man größer und stabiler gebaut ist, und die Matratzen sehr weich. Aber alles in allem sehr zufriedenstellend. Für alleinreisende ein TOP Hotel Das Frühstück wird liebevoll zubereitet kann man sich am Abend davor noch aussuchen,das dann frisch zubereitet wird. Echt toll. Danke für 3 schöne Nächte.

Excellentes Bed-and-Breakfast
Excellentes Bed-and-Breakfast in Inverness. Es verfügt über sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, zusätzlich gibt es im Haus weitere Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten für die Gäste. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und servieren morgens ein leckeres Frühstück. Aufgrund der Großzügigkeit des Hauses ist hier auch ein längerer Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Wir würden es bei einem nächsten Besuch in Inverness wieder auswählen.

Empfehlenswert!
Das Gästehaus (5 Zimmer) liegt etwa 3,5 km außerhalb des Stadtzentrums von Inverness. Trotzdem würden wir es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Gastgeber sind ein wahnsinnig nettes, herzliches Paar, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Frühstück ist super. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We had a great two night stay at Dunhallin House. Room had everything we needed. Easy walk to groceries and dinner. Easy access to major thoroughfares heading out of town. Comfy and quiet room for resting. Thanks to Host for loaning us a cable we needed. It really helped. Breakfast was delicious.

Treated like family (well…better)
Lovely to be hosted by Margaret and Sandy. They keep a perfectly tidy and clean home that is configured like a fine 5 room hotel. Professionally serviced and cared for and fed an amazing breakfast as well. Nothing lacking. Would definitely stay with them again

Great hosts, warm and inviting house, comfortable
Dunhallin House was a wonderful stay. The home is lovely and inviting, our room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Margaret and Sandy are very gracious and helpful hosts, and the breakfast options are amazing! The Dunhallin House is a little over a mile away from the city centre, basically about a 30 minute walk. If walking isn't your thing, you can easily call for a cab if you don't have a car.

The hospitality provided by Margaret and Sandy was amazing. From the very warm welcome to the delicious breakfast, from the cosy 'huge' bedroom to the extremely comfortable bed. Everything was perfect. If in Inverness again, would definitely stay at Dunhallin House. 5 Stars!

Had a lovely stay. Margaret was lovely and so welcoming . The room was really big and immaculately clean, with crisp clean tasteful bed linen. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend to family and friends and if back in the area I would 100% book here

Great stay in charming B&B.
We loved Dunhallin House! Margaret and Sandy are welcoming and helpful hosts, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. The porridge was the best we’ve ever had and the large bowl of all fresh fruit salad is not to be missed! Very convenient to downtown Inverness in a quiet neighborhood.
