Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel
Es gab kein Wasser an der Bar und auch nicht auf dem Zimmer. Es gab keine antialkoholischen Cocktails an der Bar. ImZimmer war nach der Reinigung eine große Wasserlache auf dem Boden. Das Abendessen und der Service im Restaurant am ersten Abend war sehr gut. Im RESTAURANT LIEF STÄNDIG SEHR LAUT MUSIK

It's ok. Our room was out the reception door and in the other building. Glad it wasn't raining. Located on the second floor, we found our room to be ok. It was clean and that was nice, it was nothing fancy and the bare essentials. It's serviceable but not enjoyable. The staff at reception were just going through the motions and sadly no extra welcome. Thanks Marriott, i think I'll look elsewhere next time.

Wonderful restaurant and bar staff. Lovely menu and terrific cosmopolitan's. Our room was good but was on the ground floor opening onto road so we had to keep curtains closed at all times and you could hear room above walking about. Also would have been good if they replenished teabags in the room and the milk was out of date. Would recommend the hotel just suggest you ask for not a ground floor room.

Good modern hotel. Would be perfect if they had a swimming pool. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Rooms are very clean with modern decor. Rooms need a dressing table.

Nice clean rooms. And reliably serviced. More towel racks in bathroom and possibly a dresser with drawers in the room would have made this possibly the best equipped room I have stayed in in the whole of the UK! Good location… still within easy walking distance of everything but in quiet locale! A- is the grade I would give the hotel room.

Overall a nice property with friendly and helpful staff. Design-wise, the unfinished wood floors in the rooms were a bit raw for my personal taste. And the bathroom was ergonomically awkward with no proper towel rails within reach. But still - good place overall, and I'd stay again.

It was not made clear at the time of booking that car parking at the Hotel is very limited and subject to an additional charge of £10/night. In addition, from a health & safety perspective, it is concerning there is no internal staircase access to the rooms and the only 2 lifts are quite confined.

Loved our stay here!! Honestly, this is one of the best places to stay in Inverness. To begin with, the staff are very kind and thoughtful. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Secondly, the hotel is brand new. Everything was super clean and the rooms were well-designed (plenty of shelf space for winter clothes, comfortable bed, great shower with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap). Our standard room was quite sizable and even had a little sitting area. We were impressed with the overall room design. We also loved all the hotel's modern amenities. They had a gym, restaurant/bar, and coffee station. We visited during the winter & many coffee shops/restaurants don't open until 9am or after, which could be tough if you have an early morning tour for sight-seeing. The hotel really came through for the win by having a coffee station & early morning breakfast option that we could enjoy at 7am before our tours. The hotel location is also wonderful. They're right on the river (very pretty!) and a 5-minute walk to many restaurants and shops. They were also about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Overall, our stay here was delightful. We were on our honeymoon & our stay here felt romantic & special. I'd highly recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially if you plan to go on early morning tours & sight-seeing. This hotel has everything you could need & is also just a very pleasant place to stay. Would easily visit this hotel again in the future.

Great stay
Great experience staying at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Inverness. Good welcome upon arrival and was able to check in early, which was great. Hotel was nice, clean and looked good. Rooms were lovely, clean, modern with a really comfortable bed and a great shower Breakfast was good, with lots to choose from Staff were all lovely and provided an excellent experience - will definitely book here again

Very modern beautifully decorated hotel. Comfortable room with view over the river Ness. Great location with just a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful, however the choice of food and the service in the restaurant is terrible and lets the hotel down.
