The condo also has a TV in every room equipped with AppleTV where you can log into any streaming service you wish.

Whether you prefer playing in the sand at the beach or sun tanning at the pool (or both), this destination has it all. We highly recommend planning to watch the sunset from either the hot tub after a day of hiking, skiing or skating or pouring yourself a drink and taking in the sunset with the family from the cozy lounge area on the condo’s expansive balcony.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

Panorama Transportation
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although non-shedding dogs under 40 lbs (sorry, no cats) are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Within minutes of arriving the elevator broke down. We were a party of five - 2 seniors, 2 adults and a toddler. Climbing 4 flights of stairs to unload luggage etc and every time we returned to the condo became a real chore. Was not as expected or advertised. Location was easily found but proximity to railroad tracks was not favourable.

Place was clean, all instructions where clear. Had one question and got a prompt response. A few small things that could be improved were better quality bedding and toilet paper. The trains in the morning were a little annoying to those sleeping on that side of the building. But all in all we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo fit our family of 6 nicely. It was spacious and clean. The location was great and the pool was wonderful. There are a couple maintenance issues that probably should be addressed like both locks on the children’s patio door leading to the 4th floor patio don’t lock. But other than that the stay was great.

The location and actual property was great. Excellent for a family to stay. From a cleanliness perspective it could do with a deep clean...we were greeted with nail clippings on the coffee table and a bandaid wrapper on the floor of the bunk room. There are also dust bunnies behind the room doors and some of the utensils were not clean, looks like food baked on. Please deep clean, otherwise great. Also not sure if this gets publically posted, not trying to diss a nice enough property just facts...happy to chat further if needed.

Considering there is a hefty mandatory cleaning fee applied when booking, we arrived to the property with a sock under the couch and debris and dust under the furniture. The beds were well used and average. The kitchen was well equipped with small appliances. It was off season so the pool wasn’t open, but the hot tub was great!

This is a great little condo in Invemere. The property has everything you need and is located next to the beach which you can walk to. Property owners responded very quickley to any questions. Condo was clean and I would not hesitate to staff there again.

We loved that you could see and walk to the lake from the condo. Also an easy walk to downtown. The unit had everything we were told it would, comfy beds/pillows nice towels and linens. The balcony's are tiny but so private and a great place for a morning coffee or after dinner drink. The pool and hot tubs also small and busy but everyone seemed to be having fun together and we preferred the lake anyway. I was pretty worried about the train and although it was loud the condo was so comfy and nice it wasn’t a big deal. Got used to it. Checking in and out very easy and communication great always. Would recommend

We enjoyed our week at Invermere. Just a few suggestions for the condo: -There was never a mention of the condo being right next to the railway tracks where many trains travel 24/7 - It would be so much better if the knife set was sharpened so you could use it - the large frying pan is so warped you can hardly use it -The Vileda mop smells so bad it’s nauseating and gross. Nothing like bleach to soak it in. Should be replaced. - The screen door and closet door in the bunk bed room were broken. As was the blender. We wrote a message when we first arrived on the tablet to notify whoever needed to know. No one called or came to see the problems. -Some of the facecloths were so dirty and smelled so bad we couldn’t use them.
