„From booking to check out, the owner and house did not disappoint. The house is pure perfection and fit our cheer team amazingly. The house is clean, upgraded, beds are super comfortable and comes with meticulous notes for the house in their book. Some basic supplies were given, which is always a plus. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future! Close to stores when you happen to need something. “

„Overall our stay was great! The house is HUGE and there was plenty of common area space for fun times! We had 2 incidents: One area near the garage reeked (like something died in the walls) and we couldn’t use that adjacent bedroom. And the upstairs air conditioner stopped working! BUT… The communication with the property mgr/owner was fantastic and prompt! They had someone come out to fix the AC and investigate the smell! Turns out the cleaning staff left a bag of Chinese food on the garage ...

„This house was great! Every room of the house was very homey and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a great addition! The hot tub for the cool mornings and nights and the pool during the day. Its location was nice! Away from all the hustle and bustle of the area. But still close enough to venture out. We enjoyed staying at this property. „Beautiful home conveniently located near the clubhouse and community pool. The house is tidy, clean, and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The backyard pool area faces a somewhat busy road, resulting in occasional noise, which is the only minor drawback I can think of. Communication with the friendly owner was smooth and prompt. While Terra Verde Resort is a bit older, it's well-kept. Surprisingly, it was quite peaceful during our stay; we often found ourselves the only ones by the pool. ...
