„With an older hotel charm, our stay was very clean and comfortable. It felt very homey but quality. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! One tiny sadness was that there did not seem to be any attempt to make or keep refilled complimentary coffee in the lobby. “

„It's Alaska, so it's different. We live in Fairbanks and were meeting family that flew in from the lower 48 and were boarding a cruise. It was a turn-and-burn, one-night stay. The hotel room was super clean, bed was super comfy, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was close (walkable) to an IGA grocery store, a liquor store, and an Alaska State museum. Totally recommend!“

„Das Hotel ist sehr alt, aber gross und ist praktisch. Der service schlecht, in 4 Tagen wurde unser zimmer nur 1 mal gereinigt. Die angestellten bis auf eine Person sind unfreundlich. Die Lage ist top, nebenan einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nur ein paar minuten bis in die altstadt zu Fuss. Alles in allem ganz ok. “
