Aparthotel in Insel Mbamu buchen

„I booked a premium hotel room and was given a normal room by (deception), the room was terrible for the price of a premium room, the shower head was broken, the toilet pot looks very dirty, and the bathroom sink was leaking on the floor, the door was not very secured for privacy, my bed sheets were never changed even ones and worst of all the toilet was breathing back into the hotel room producing a very terrible smell in my hotel room that's what sent me parking out immediately the toilet smell ...

„Saw a cockroach in the room. The room and hallway has a strong smell tha hits you once you enter. The staff were nice“

Danke! Jederzeit gerne wieder.“

„This hotel has had its best days. It was definitely number 1 in the city... 40 years ago. They try to keep everything in order but everything is worn out. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.“

„Staff service good，room just so so，carpet not clean,furniture old.“

„Personal freundlich und hilfreich. Morgens nur Kaffee, kein Frühstück“

„Listing stated room with 2 beds, but upon arrival they only had rooms with 1 bed. We had to pay extra for another room since the listing wasn’t even close to being accurate. Water and electricity didn’t always work, they ran the generator to compensate but it was quite loud. Wasn’t marked right on google maps, we had to call to find out the actual location. “
