We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna — a great way to relax after a day outdoors. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.Special thanks to our host Kirill — he was incredibly attentive, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. „Utopia villa is truly a utopia. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in nature. The cottage had everything we needed. It was so nice, we didn’t leave the place for our entire stay. Loved every moment. Maryam and Shahrzad were both very responsive and helpful. They regularly checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Thanks for being such great hosts. The place was not cleaned whatsoever and had been people squatting there prior to.The property manager was rude and aggressive when discussing the situation upon arrival. The property manager had blocked our number when trying to contact them initially and only had contacted us after Vrbo customer service had basically forced them to.
