„Comfortable and homey! The wrap around porch was the greatest especially in the morning for coffee. Roomy kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Wifi and good tv service. Great beds and bathrooms. Even though you have to walk a ways to the river. It's a superb place for swimming, diving, floating, just sitting. Would visit again.“

The cottage was super cute, the A/C worked well, the river was amazing and we had great communication with our host. Super cute towns (Ingram and Kerrville) and the nicest little market nearby with all the supplies we needed. “

„The host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my event that i was attending. Our standard poodle Ivy loved the back yard. We loved the fact that heat was available as the nights were quite chilly. Sme of the available VRBO homes did not have heat available. I would highly recommend the Kinsleigh House to other potential guests.“
