„Will stay again“

„This is one of our favorite properties we've stayed at. The host was very quick to respond to any question we had. The casita was very clean and the perfect size for my husband, dog and I. I would definitely stay here again if we need a place to stay in Ocala again!“

„This apartment is in a very quiet & charming neighborhood in Old Homasassa. Great price. My dog & I thoroughly enjoyed our time here.“

„A great and welcoming environment! Any issues were quickly resolved and were addressed with kindness and consideration. Highly recommend!“

„Pros: good location, private parking, full kitchen, laundry machine, water hose to wash off everything Cons: needs updating, a bigger tv- one tv in living room that’s a 30 inch Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, had a full kitchen to make our meals. The bed was comfy. I just found it to be a bit pricy for how outdated the apartment was. I did message the host before arriving, but never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out!“

„Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.“

„The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise.“

„The entire town is pet friendly and the staff at park place is top notch. Great host with great communication. We will be back!“

„Great location!“

„Shocked that this was called renovated. Rust inside microwave, stove, coffee pot, etc. Dried food inside stove. Mold on a/c unit. Remotes without batteries. No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. Sink doesn’t work and drain completely clogged with debris. Beds were great. Bedding clean and comfortable. Floor and bathroom was clean. Very ...

„The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very helpful with all the instructions and codes needed before check in. The location was great as well.“

„Great hidden gem!Just make sure you bring Fans very hot in the roomAC unit not BIG enough to cool it down and wasn’t turned on when we got there.Everything else was Great!“
