It was horrible check out experience where in the gentleman named Rahul showed all the attitude and extremely discourteous on all front. It has happened with the same gentleman a second time. All I asked was that “ is there a discount on food and beverages” which at the time of check in I was told that they will try and consider .

New kid on the block
The property just completed its first year of operations so it looks like a brand new hotel. The food is excellent and the service is impeccable. But the cab hire charges are prohibitively expensive so avoid booking a cab from the concierge.

Is amazing how a Hotel name can express everything what they stand for, and this is one of those hotels. From the begining, the pick up to the airport, the welcome drink, the check in, the friendiest staff, to cleaningness, room service, housekeeping and restaurant service. After visiting other hotels in Indore i have to say that WOW dtands out and will be always my choice when coming back. I congratulate the staff for putting all their effort in making a memorable stay for the guests becausr they are aiming it!

Comfortable stay at a great location in Indore
It was a very comfortable stay at WoW hotel. Room was a bit smaller but very clean and room Service was very quick. Breakfast spread was very good. The surrounding area is good and has 3 big Malls within walking distance. Overall it is worth the money and I would like to visit again.
